Job summary

Stratum in Wilsonville, OR is seeking an Audit & Move Out Coordinator to support accurate move-out processing across our Oregon portfolio. This full-time role requires detail-oriented organization and collaboration with property managers to apply charges, deposits, and move-out documentation.

You will audit final accounts, reconcile records, and communicate corrections professionally while helping the accounting and property management teams with reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of administrative, accounting, or property management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in audit processes.
• Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit all move-out files for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Property Managers to apply charges, deposits, and docs.
• Review final account statements and supporting documentation for consistency.
• Identify discrepancies and maintain accurate audit records.
• Communicate corrections and follow-up items professionally with properties.
• Monitor move-out trends and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain organized, confidential move-out and audit records.
• Support accounting and property management with reconciliations and reporting.
