Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities, a division of Irvine Company, seeks a Specialist, Centralized Move Out Processing to manage move-outs across our portfolio and prepare Final Account Statements with speed and accuracy while ensuring policy and legal compliance. Responsibilities

• Review and process resident Notices to Vacate (NTV) and move-outs timely and accurately, partnering with on-site teams as needed.
• Prepare Final Account Statements for previous tenants with invoices, charges, refunds, and issue resolution.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain delayed or missing invoices.
• Support internal debt recovery efforts as needed.
