• Develop short- and long-term occupancy plans aligned with growth and standards.
• Analyze space utilization trends and provide density recommendations.
• Support scenario planning, stacking diagrams, and space modeling for expansions and reorganizations.

• Maintain IWMS space and occupancy data, including headcount and seating.
• Develop short- and long-term occupancy plans aligned with growth and standards.
• Analyze space utilization trends and recommend density improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end moves (MAC) and maintain move documentation.
• Lead move schedules and seating charts; ensure IT, Security, Facilities readiness.
• Manage move tickets and IWMS workflows; validate space assignments on site.
• Generate dashboards and reports on occupancy, utilization, and forecast needs.
