Job summary

UDR in Austin, TX is seeking a Resident Service Specialist for Residences at the Domain (389 units). You will coordinate resident service issues, move-in satisfaction, and everyday concierge-style support to ensure high-quality service.

This role partners with the Community Director and Resident Services Manager to manage walk-in traffic, respond to communications, organize packages, and assist leasing and renewal teams using Onesite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of office experience in residential properties or related.
• Valid driver's license required unless noted otherwise.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation and follow up with new residents for satisfaction.
• Manage Onesite documents, tasks, and resident communications efficiently.
• Assist with walk-in traffic, package handling, and response time standards.
• Support leasing/renewal teams and maintain CRM-based resident relations.
• Ensure property condition checks and coordinate with service teams as needed.
