Job summary

UDR, Inc. seeks a Floating Resident Service Specialist for our Nashville portfolio across 6 properties. You will coordinate move-in activities, monitor resident service issues, and ensure timely responses via Onesite and CRM systems.

Daily work includes front-desk interactions, package handling, and collaboration with Community Directors and Managers. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, move-in quality checks, and ongoing communication with residents to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to resident service issues and track move-in satisfaction.
• Complete move-in coordination, Onesite responsibilities and resident services administration.
• Guide walk-in traffic and minimize wait time; respond to voicemails, texts, and emails within established guidelines.
• Use CRM to manage resident relations and service requests; collaborate with Leasing/Renewal teams.
• Inspect move-in apartments and amenities to ensure standards are met and deficiencies are addressed.
