Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Apple Creek Apartments in Omaha, NE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents with quality move-ins and timely service. You will handle plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general repairs while keeping common areas safe and well-maintained.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II, and CPO or equivalent certification. On-call duties and strong safety practices are part of the job, with competitive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO certifications or local equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and attend to on-call emergencies if required.
• Maintain grounds, pools and common areas; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
