Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, and other building systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely, following company standards.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues, maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with emergencies by following procedures and notifying appropriate personnel; promote safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
• Possibly drive company vehicle between locations as needed.
• May supervise outside vendors or contractors.
• Occasional weekend work for events, weather-related incidents or maintenance emergencies.
