Job summary

Apple Creek Apartments seeks a Maintenance Technician to support resident services and ensure high-quality move-ins. You will handle painting, repairs, cleaning and general upkeep to keep apartments ready and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and know how to perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry tasks. Reliable on-site presence and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II/CPO certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, repairs, cleaning, and related tasks.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with professional attitude.
• Provide maintenance support and ensure quality move-in experience and responsive service.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain grounds and common areas to keep them clean and safe.
