Job summary

The Arthur, a brand-new property in Omaha, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will maintain apartments, common areas, buildings, grounds, and amenities while delivering excellent service to residents in a historic setting.

The role requires strong maintenance skills, attention to detail, safety and cleanliness, ability to work with minimal supervision, and participate in on-call rotation. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO certification or pool maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete vacant units to make-ready status.
• Respond to and complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding service requests and make-ready units.
