Job summary

S2 Residential in Felix, CA is seeking a Make Ready to prepare homes for move-in by inspecting units and coordinating with the maintenance team. You will inspect appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and safety devices to ensure everything works and is up to standard.

Responsibilities include turnover coordination, routine maintenance, and securing units by updating locks, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction. Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trash-out of apartments with grounds team.
• Inspect appliances, faucets, A/C, safety devices for working condition.
• Check unit construction for chipped paint, flooring, or tile.
• Identify parts, supplies and items needed to complete turnover.
• Perform routine maintenance: replace exterior bulbs, check irrigation, inspect property for liabilities.
• Complete service requests by testing safety devices and inspecting equipment.
• Change front door and mailbox locks before handing unit to leasing team.
