Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver outstanding customer service by completing service requests across common areas and residential units. You will proactively spot liabilities and assist in correcting them, ensuring safety and efficiency across the property.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and routine mechanical repairs, plus painting, landscaping, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technician experience required.
• Must be detail oriented and observant.
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for common areas, occupied and vacant units, or anywhere on the property as directed.
• Service requests may include changing lightbulbs, unclogging pipes, fixing faucets, changing locks, floor tile installation and repair, and interior or exterior painting.
• Assist with trash outs and unit turns.
• Inspect appliances, A/C, toilets, faucets and showers, lights, disposals and all safety devices.
• Perform routine plumbing repairs such as replacing/repairing/servicing water heaters, clearing drain lines, and replacing worn washers and gaskets.
