S2 Residential in Arlington, TX is seeking a Make Ready technician to prepare homes by inspecting units, replacing fixtures, and ensuring move-in readiness. You will work with the maintenance team to complete urgent repairs, coordinate trash-outs, inspect appliances, A/C systems, and safety devices.

You are detail oriented, enjoy outdoor work, have a valid driver license and reliable transportation, and are a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trash out of apartments with the grounds team.
• Inspect appliances, faucets, A/C systems, safety devices, etc., for working condition.
• Inspect unit construction for chipped or missing paint, flooring, tile, etc.
• Identify parts and supplies needed to complete the unit turn.
• Perform routine maintenance like replacing exterior bulbs and A/C filters; test safety equipment.
• Change front door and mailbox locks before turning the unit back to leasing team.
