Job summary

ACME RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager by completing day-to-day apartment maintenance, preventative tasks, and unit turns to keep homes move-in ready and residents safe.

You'll perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, and routine inspections, while documenting issues and maintaining common areas with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship for a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience (multi-family preferred).
• HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance work orders promptly, accurately, and with quality workmanship.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, cleaning, appliance checks, and general repairs to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on apartment systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on apartments, grounds, and common areas.
• Identify, document, and report maintenance issues that may impact safety, habitability, or property condition.
• Maintain pools and pool equipment where applicable, following required health and safety standards.
• Keep the maintenance shop, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Perform snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations.
