Job summary

S2 Residential in Dallas, TX is seeking a Make Ready to prepare homes for move-in by inspecting units and coordinating with the maintenance team. You will handle appliance and safety inspections, identify needed parts, and keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, door/lock changes, and supporting the leasing team. This role requires outdoor work, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and auto liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Detail oriented and observant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the trash out of apartments with the grounds team.
• Inspect appliances, faucets, A/C systems, safety devices to ensure working condition.
• Inspect unit construction for chips, missing paint, flooring or tile.
• Identify parts, supplies and items needed to complete the unit turn timely.
• Perform routine maintenance: replace exterior bulbs, check irrigation, walk property for liabilities.
• Change front door and mailbox locks before turning unit back to leasing team.
