Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents, performing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to meet company standards and ensure move-in readiness.

You will work with the Maintenance and Property Management teams on-site at Manchester Lakes in Alexandria, VA, with a schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and occasional on-call/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work including painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support maintenance with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members across the community.
