Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and to maximize census through proactive outreach and referrals. The role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inquiries, tours, and move-in processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing, proficiency with Excel/Outlook, and experience with CRM systems such as Yardi.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing preferred.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends if needed.
• Experience with Yardi or similar CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Relations Director in acquiring and managing leads and increasing census.
• Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours and deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and enter data into the CRM.
• Offer community tours and marketing materials to prospects and families.
• Prepare routine and special sales reports and activity boards.
• Follow up with potential residents, referral sources, or interested parties.
• Assist with move-in paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain Yardi CRM and relationships between residents and staff to ensure satisfaction.
