Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Moves Coordinator for the Move Delivery Team supporting the Microsoft account on the Puget Sound campus. The role manages small to large moves, coordinates logistics, and ensures compliance with team objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include vendor engagement, project creation, presentations, reporting, facility walkthroughs, and post-move support.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• AA/AS and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Move management: scope, schedule, and compliance for moves up to 500 employees and related projects.
• Vendor engagement: schedule, coordinate, and monitor move-related activities; report KPIs and billing accuracy.
• Project creation: set up move projects, create spreadsheets and presentations, enter data into PM tools.
• Communication: develop and distribute employee communications; coordinate with teams and clients; assist with tender openings and correspondence.
• Presentations: deliver move process presentations to team administrators.
• Reporting: create, format, verify, and scrub data for reports.
• Facility walkthroughs: assess facilities and furniture needs; identify data discrepancies.
• Post-move support: create floor plans, labels, order furniture, and run post-move help centers.
• Email management: respond to inquiries and troubleshoot.
• Customer service: provide exceptional service throughout pre/post-move phases.
• Continuous improvement: implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Move delivery lead coverage: provide project coverage excluding people management.
• Other duties: assist with ad hoc tasks to support improvements.
