Job summary

Turnertownsend is seeking a MAC Coordinator to manage moves, adds, and changes within our office environment. You will serve as the point of contact for move requests and provide hands-on and administrative support for furniture management, space planning, and related projects.

You will coordinate with Facilities, IT, security, vendors, and internal partners to ensure moves are safe, on schedule, and cause minimal disruption. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or related field.
• Experience coordinating office moves and furniture reconfigurations.
• Ability to read floor plans and space plans.
• Experience with movers, contractors, and vendors.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute employee and departmental moves and workspace changes.
• Manage MAC requests from intake to scheduling, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate with IT, security, facilities, movers, and vendors.
• Verify workstations are move-ready before occupancy.
• Submit, monitor, and close work orders for MAC and furniture tasks.
• Support workplace and facilities projects and special initiatives.
