Responsibilities

• Coordinate all origin agent moves with agents, customers and Berger team.
• Manage inbound shipments and schedule deliveries with all parties.
• Provide complete information on service requirements and accurate estimates.
• Serve as liaison between external customers, transferees and participating agents.
• Monitor and update orders, cancellations and status changes in the system.
