Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Move Manager to support workplace relocation activities for a large client account. You will coordinate employee moves, project relocations, and space readiness initiatives while minimizing operational disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating workplace moves, relocations, facilities projects, MAC programs, or workplace services activities.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly employee and departmental move activities.
• Validate occupancy requirements, furniture placement, infrastructure needs, and move schedules before execution.
• Support planning and execution of project-related relocations (office, lab, operations).
• Coordinate cleanout and turnover of vacated spaces after moves.
• Assist decommissioning and decontamination activities for lab relocations.
• Coordinate chemical and lab moves per EHS and client procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders, operations, facilities, and vendors for successful moves.
• Provide post-move support to ensure business continuity.
• Track move schedules and milestones; maintain occupancy records and reporting metrics.
• Identify risks and elevate issues as needed.
