Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Management, business, or related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to pass background check and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and dispatch mover/driver teams daily, coordinating scheduling and truck assignments.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct vehicle inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Hire, onboard and train new employees; manage staff performance and development.
