Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide move consultations by asking open-ended questions.
• Input data into Movers Who Care software to estimate costs and scheduling for moves.
• Make service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure scheduling complies with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Prepare move-related paperwork daily.
• Handle unexpected issues and report to management.
• Prepare performance reports on sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing activities and networking.
• Perform on-site inventory and moving inspections.
• Maintain a clean, professional office environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Travel using a company vehicle and occasional overnight travel; Bloomington, Indiana franchise.
