Job summary

Two Men and a Truck International Inc. in New Haven, CT seeks a Customer Sales Specialist to engage customers, provide moving estimates, and ensure high service standards.

You’ll be the first point of contact, using move software to tailor recommendations and finalize paperwork for each move. Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience; you’ll work in a fast-paced role with uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.
• Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive energy during every call - No cold calling.
• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
• Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK best practices.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
