Job summary

Flexco is seeking a Territory Manager to cover most of Utah, Idaho and Nevada, with Salt Lake City, Boise, and Elko preferred. You will drive sales with distributors, engage end users, and expand markets in mining, aggregate, and belt-conveyor applications.

This role offers a base around $100,000 with upside through performance-based incentives. 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience, autonomy, travel up to 60%, and strong MS Office/CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience.
• Material handling or belting industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Must be autonomous and able to work independently most of the time.
• Willing to travel domestically up to 60%.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent Flexco with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Drive sales growth across industries that use belt conveyors.
• Conduct numerous in-person end-user calls to demonstrate products and deliver solutions.
• Manage distributor network and provide training and support.
• Maintain CRM data and update end-user and distributor intelligence.
• Plan territory strategy and support internal Flexco functions.
