Mountain Cement is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the WY/CO region, supporting a state-of-the-art cement plant and coordinating with Plant/Loadout Operations and the Southern Wyoming/Northern Colorado area team. The role requires a strong background in cement operations, proven sales experience, and the ability to work remotely with regular local travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cement manufacturing (Preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-led and self-managed; ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set clear, measurable goals and communicate them; provide feedback and appraisals
• Good decision making; identify problems, gather data, and find cost-effective solutions
• Maintain constructive responses under all circumstances

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts; primary point of contact for sales support and issue resolution
• Grow sales in the assigned territory; identify new opportunities and expand share with customers
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales/ activity reports with pipeline updates
• Monitor inventory vs forecasts; communicate demand shifts and potential supply constraints
• Conduct regular on-site visits to Laramie and NorCO terminal to coordinate with plant/loadout operations and terminal managers
