Job summary

Flexco is seeking a Territory Manager to cover a coal-focused region including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Southeast Ohio and Eastern Kentucky. You will grow sales by engaging end users, influencers, and distributors while maintaining strong relationship networks.

The role emphasizes autonomy (90% self-directed work), travel, and the ability to drive performance in a global engineering-focused company known for people-first culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience preferred.
• Exposure to coal industry required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field a plus.
• Must be very autonomous and able to work independently ~90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Represent Flexco professionally and drive sales growth in belt conveyors sectors (mining, aggregate, agriculture, food, wood).
• Conduct numerous in-person end-user calls to demonstrate products and deliver productivity-focused solutions.
• Manage distributors within the territory, including joint selling, training, and inventory support.
• Train distributors and customers on Flexco products, installation, troubleshooting and service.
