Job summary

Flexco is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee a coal-focused region including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. You will drive belt-conveyor sales with distributors and end-users, focusing on mining and related industries.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside industrial selling, coal exposure, and a strong autonomous work style. Occasional travel is expected; base compensation targets around six-figures with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience with a proven track record.
• Material handling or belting industry experience preferred.
• Exposure to coal industry is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Must be autonomous and able to work independently 90% of the time.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Represent Flexco professionally to customers and distributors.
• Drive sales growth across mining, aggregate, agriculture, food production, and wood products by engaging users, specifiers, influencers, and buyers, and by identifying new opportunities and markets.
• Conduct a significant number of in-person end-user calls to maintain contact, provide support, demonstrate products, and deliver productivity-focused solutions.
• Build lasting end-user and customer relationships that generate demand and win new and existing business.
• Manage a network of distributors within the assigned territory, including joint selling, training, inventory support, and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Train distributors and customers on Flexco products, installation, troubleshooting, and service.
• Ensure territory spending drives the greatest possible sales return and remains well-documented and accountable.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and serve as a trusted industry authority.
