Job summary

The Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes, California seeks a Guest Experience Manager to oversee lobby operations, bell/valet, and concierge services, while ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction. You will address guest concerns and recoveries, with duties in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Requirements include a four-year degree or 1–2 years of luxury hospitality experience, plus 2+ years in guest services. Marriott/Westin experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or 1-2 years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Minimum of two years guest service or hospitality experience.
• Marriott/Westin experience is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility in scheduling based on guest demand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lobby operations and hotel amenities, including bell/valet and concierge.
• Address guest concerns and recovery to ensure satisfaction; step in for Front Office Manager when needed.
