Job summary

The Westin Monache is hiring a Guest Experience Manager to oversee lobby operations, bell/valet, concierge and activities in Mammoth Lakes. You will handle guest concerns and recovery to ensure high satisfaction, and you may cover Front Office Manager duties during their absence.

Requirements include a four-year college degree or 1-2 years in a luxury property, plus 2+ years of guest service experience and strong interpersonal skills. Marriott/Westin experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or 1-2 years of previous experience in a luxury or full-service property setting.
• Minimum of two years' guest service or hospitality experience.
• Marriott/Westin experience beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lobby operations and hotel amenities, such as bell/valet services, concierge and activities.
• Manage guest concerns, satisfaction and guest recovery ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform duties of the Front Office Manager in their absence.
