Job summary

The Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking a Housekeeping Lead to assist the Executive Housekeeper and oversee operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a quality hotel, with a four-year degree preferred, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising housekeeping staff of at least 10 employees.
• Four year college degree preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to communicate with guests, employees and management; English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all housekeeping operations.
• Coordinates activities with other hotel departments to ensure service quality.
• Motivates staff to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
• Splits time between inspecting rooms and performing cleaning tasks.
