Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking a Security Supervisor at The Summit Experience in Snoqualmie, WA. You will supervise security staff, maintain a visible presence, and lead responses to incidents with professionalism to ensure guest safety and a welcoming environment.

You will coordinate with emergency services, enforce policies, and maintain logs and reports while training team members and supporting scheduling and planning. Outdoor work and shift coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures and incident reporting.
• Professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Comfort working outdoors in variable weather and terrain.
• Experience with radios, cameras, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Patrol resort areas to maintain safety and security.
• Respond to incidents and guest complaints promptly, documenting reports.
• Coordinate with local emergency services as needed.
• Enforce resort policies with tact and de-escalation.
• Oversee daily shift activities of security staff and mentoring.
