Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking an experienced restaurant leadership professional to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive profitability. You will manage budgets, staffing, and training while coordinating with the kitchen to refine menus and maintain high standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in progressive restaurant management, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to oversee P&L, budgets, and staffing.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure top-notch customer service and profit maximization.
• Lead management staff to achieve sales and profitability goals, analyze cost and revenue budgets, and keep the leadership team informed.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and enforce sanitation, safety, and cash handling policies.
• Train and develop supervisors and staff and manage hiring, evaluations, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with health and regulatory standards and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership on menu items and training.
