The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in a high-volume restaurant and a WV Food Handlers certificate, with strong financial acumen and team development skills. Seasonal on-site work with comprehensive perks and housing options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to oversee cost control, labor and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with accountability and resilience.

Responsibilities
