Job summary

Junction at Snowshoe is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintain top service standards in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will ensure health and safety standards, manage labor costs, and support inventory and scheduling. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively mountain venue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help with scheduling and managing labor costs.
• Support inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist with handling cash and reconciling daily sales.
• Step in as acting manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
