Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced mountain resort environment. You will rotate between our restaurant and bar areas, coaching staff and ensuring friendly, high-quality service for guests daily.

The role is full-time and seasonal, requiring weekend/holiday availability and a proven leadership mindset to thrive in a dynamic setting with spectacular slopeside views.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a high volume restaurant or service atmosphere.
• 1 year or more experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• At least 21 years of age.
• OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain.
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
• Able to commit to work weekends and holidays during winter season.
• Background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Food & Beverage team in a dynamic, high-volume mountain resort setting.
• Rotate between restaurant and bar areas and support daily operations.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver friendly, consistent, high-quality service.
• Keep composure and customer focus during lunch rush and busy periods.
• Shape the on-mountain dining experience through guest engagement and hands-on leadership.
