Snowshoe Mountain seeks a restaurant leader to manage Hoots Bar & Grill and Raven Grille operations during the winter and shoulder seasons. You will supervise staff, manage costs, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and training.

The role requires 3–5+ years in a related position, supervisory experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in Snowshoe, WV. On-site housing support and employee perks apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-high school education.
• Culinary or hospitality education preferred.
• West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate required.
• 3–5+ years of employment in a related position.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates activities of restaurant to obtain optimum customer service and profitability.
• Achieves budgeted sales and profitability goals through leadership of restaurant management staff.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills with guests and staff; seeks and responds to feedback.
• Analyze and optimize costs while ensuring adequate staffing and product knowledge.
• Monitor food and beverage products for quality and compliance with standards.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling procedures are followed.
