Salary is $48,000 annually, with on-site housing options and a schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll join a dynamic operation focused on quality dining and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of post-high school education.
• West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate required.
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure top-notch customer service and profitability.
• Lead management staff to achieve sales and profitability goals, analyze budgets, and inform leadership.
• Train and develop supervisors and staff, handle hiring, evaluations, and terminations, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cash handling policies; collaborate with Executive Chef on menu and promotions.
