Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You’ll prepare appetizers, entrées, soups, and banquet dishes, following recipes and standards to deliver delicious, consistent meals.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen, maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates to create memorable dining experiences for guests at our mountain resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, soups, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent meals.
• Operate grills, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, and portioning.
• Monitor quality, flavor, appearance, and presentation.
• Accommodate allergies and guest dietary preferences.
• Support banquet and events with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures.
• Work closely with teammates for smooth operations.
