Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time to avoid over-preparation.
• Rotate and date perishables; check stock and prep levels for shift.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked and return unused items to storage with dates.
• Assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste per standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment (fryer, broiler, stove, etc.).
