Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski Resort is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and operations across our mountain facilities, buildings, and grounds. You will oversee staff and contractors, coordinate preventative maintenance, and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership with broad knowledge of building trades and mountain operations, including utilities, water treatment, and seasonal workloads. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 4 years in construction-related field or 2 years college plus 4 years trades experience.
• Strong knowledge of building trades and facility systems; hands-on leadership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, safety, and functionality of Mission Ridge facilities, buildings, grounds and utility systems.
• Supervise facilities staff and contractors; coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Manage departmental staffing and budgets; ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support daily resort operations and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
