Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the lodges' maintenance, safety, and related systems in Park City, Utah. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities in top condition.

The role requires extensive maintenance knowledge across trades, plus leadership and communication skills. On-site, salaried position with strong benefits and industry-leading ski perks.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of maintenance across trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Experience hiring, training, and supervising staff is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; safety-focused and dependable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
• Must have a valid Utah driver’s license and be able to operate company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, manage, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
• Provide direct supervision to the maintenance team and staff.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal checklists and projects.
• Coach staff on maintenance practices, products, and standards.
• Support staff with technical problems, procedures, and parts sourcing.
• Maintain property in an “as new” condition with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure safety protocols are documented and followed yearly.
• Assist with capital expenditure planning and project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for services.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, tools, and repair parts.
