Boyne Mountain Resort seeks a Mountain Operations Dispatcher to join our on-mountain team. You will manage communications, coordinate with EMS and patrol, and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, guest service, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to safety, data reporting, and continuous improvement. EMT-related certifications are preferred and on-hire support is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-tasking environment using phones, radios and computers.
• Customer service experience in hospitality or related field.
• Willingness to obtain certifications if not on hire.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prioritize communication using telephones and radios.
• Assist with daily paperwork and dispatch system reports.
• Maintain professional conduct and teamwork, supporting safety and quality.
• Develop knowledge of the mountain and resort operations for effective coordination.
