Job summary

Killington Pico Ski Resort is seeking a part-time seasonal Mountain Operations Dispatcher to coordinate two-way radio communications, respond to emergencies, and assist guests with service requests in a fast-paced resort environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, experience with emergency response, and the ability to stay composed under pressure while coordinating with Ski Patrol and Lift Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Experience in emergency response or dispatch is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate two-way radio communications among Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, and resort staff.
• Relay updates and emergency announcements to departments and guests.
• Dispatch Ski Patrol and Lift Maintenance for incidents and outages as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of communications and incidents.
