Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous dispatch, emergency response, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate two-way radio communications between Ski Patrol and resort staff.
• Act as a point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate the response.
• Assist guests in need by coordinating services such as transportation and medical attention.
