Job summary

Deer Valley Resort seeks a Mountain Operations Dispatcher to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. The role supports guest service by monitoring mountain conditions, processing calls, and deploying resources as needed.

The position requires prior dispatch experience, solid organizational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Weekend and holiday work during winter is expected, with FEMA ICS-100 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using multiple platforms and dispatch systems.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during the winter season.
• Completion of ICS 100: Introduction to the Incident Command System (FEMA online course – approx. 2 hours) required prior to employment.
• Proficient skiing ability.

• Share timely information with departments to support guest service and efficiency.
