Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Mountain Operations Dispatcher to coordinate on-hill risk, rescues, medical responses, and dispatch operations with a focus on safety and guest service. You will manage documentation, data entry, and reporting for the mountain operations team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and ongoing CQI and debriefs after incidents, with access to on-mountain perks and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment using phones, radios, and computers.
• Experience delivering customer service in hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Transmit and receive operational information using telephones and radios.
• Prioritize multiple simultaneous communications.
• Coordinate with EMS and outside agencies as needed.
• Provide timely, professional information to guests and team leaders.
• Maintain dispatch records, timelines and reports.
• Assist with daily paperwork and data entry.
• Support safety and quality through teamwork and incident debriefs.
• Know trail map, mountain layout and Patrol resources.
