Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Mountain Operations Dispatcher to support on-hill risk management, rescues, medical responses, and public safety. The role involves dispatch communications, data reporting, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, trauma awareness, continuous quality improvement, and strong customer service within a resort setting. On-site coordination with patrol and other departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in multitasking with phones, radios, and computers.
• Hospitality customer service experience.
• EMT, WFR, or OEC certification required; maintain OEC within 2 seasons.

Responsibilities

• Transmit and receive operational and emergency information using phones and radios.
• Manage multiple requests and route to appropriate leaders.
• Prepare reports, timelines, and maintain dispatch records.
• Develop mountain knowledge and build cross-department relationships.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professional conduct under stress.
