Job summary

Powderbird is seeking a Winter Season Chef at Snowbird Resort in Utah to manage kitchen operations, prep, cook, and present breakfast and lunch to guests. Responsibilities include menu development, stock management, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards; experience in hospitality or resort settings preferred.

Must have high school diploma, ServSafe, driver's license; able to lift 50 lbs, stand up to 12 hours, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, prep, cook and present meals to Powderbird guests daily.
• Set up, restock, and break down dining area for meals; refill beverage coolers.
• Aid in creation and implementation of breakfast and lunch menus.
• Order and maintain food stock levels; may run to Costco or local grocers.
• Cook employee meals as required.
• Present buffet-style meals that cater to Powderbird guests’ experience.
• Ensure kitchen and dining areas meet high cleanliness standards; follow food safety guidelines.
