Job summary

Powderbird is seeking a Chef for the winter season at Snowbird, Utah. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast and lunch to guests, while coordinating with the heliport team to ensure smooth service.

The role requires hands-on kitchen work, menu support for breakfast and lunch, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are ServSafe certified, and possess prior culinary experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Previous culinary experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present meals to Powderbird guests daily.
• Set up, restock, and break down dining areas for meals.
• Aid in the creation and implementation of breakfast and lunch menus.
• Order and maintain food stock levels and run local grocery errands if needed.
• Cook employee meals as required and present buffet-style meals.
• Ensure kitchen and dining areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
