Powdr Corp. is seeking a Prep Cook for The Summit at Snowbird. This full-time role involves preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Job experience is a plus.
• Food Handler Permit required.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to travel to Snowbird Resort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure basic cooking duties are completed daily.
• Help other kitchen positions as needed.
• Communicate with Chef and kitchen staff.
